Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

• Session availability: Sessions are available from 45 minutes to 3 hours. For any other unique requirement please contact LMeek directly.
• Payment structure:
  • 45-minute and 1-hour photoshoot: Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
  • 2-hour photoshoot: A non-refundable deposit of 40,000 HUF is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
  • 3-hour photoshoot: A non-refundable deposit of 70,000 HUF is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
• Payment methods: Accepted payment methods include cash and/or bank transfer.

2. Cancellations

• Client cancellations:
  • All sessions: Cancellations and rescheduling are only available up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot. No refunds will be issued for cancellations closer than 72 hours to the shoot.
• Photographer cancellations: In the unlikely event of the photographer needing to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or the session can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date.

3. Rescheduling:

• Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty, provided notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the original session date. Subsequent rescheduling attempts may be subject to additional fees at the photographer’s discretion.
• The photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, illness). In such cases, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date.

4. Image Delivery and Usage:

• Clients will receive edited images within 2 weeks of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The number of edited images delivered will vary depending on the chosen session length and package.
• Each additional image requested beyond the included package amount is charged at 5000 HUF per image.
• Clients will receive a digital download link for the edited images.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images requires written permission from the photographer.
• The photographer retains the copyright for all images.

5. Indemnification:

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to the client’s use of the photographic services, including but not limited to claims of libel, slander, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, or any other violation of law.

6. Disclaimer:

• The photographer cannot guarantee specific poses, expressions, or outcomes of the photoshoot. The photographer will use their best judgment and professional skills to capture the best possible images, but ultimately, the results will depend on various factors including lighting, weather, and client cooperation.
• The photographer reserves the right to refuse service to any client at their discretion.

7. Additional Notes:

• No changes can be made to the images unless with the written permission of the photographer.
